Should your choice not be available on the desired dates, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know about it. There is always the possibility of guests changing or cancelling their booking and thus your desired room might be available again.
When booking a week you will be offered a "free dinner" on our sunny terrace. Enjoy a pleasant day in the pool the next day.
Appartements en la Casita
We have named the apartments after the colors of the entrances. The red "rojo" and yellow "amarillo" apartments are suitable for 2 persons. They have their own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet and sink). It has a double bed, it has an air conditioning and closet.
The blue "azul" apartment is suitable for two persons and has a larger surface area and a larger bathroom. It has two single beds and has air conditioning and a wardrobe.
La Casita is a holiday home suitable for 4 people. It has its own (very spacious) kitchen with fridge-freezer and washing machine. The living room has two sofas and can be cooled with air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom has two single beds.

cancellation
Our current cancellation policies and
- If a reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before arrival: 15% of the reservation is payable;
- If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 90 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation is payable;
- If a reservation is cancelled between 31 and 60 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price is payable;
- If a reservation is cancelled between the 2nd and 31st day before arrival: 90% of the rental price is payable;
- If a reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price is payable.
- Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs
- this arrangement only applies to direct bookings! If you booked your reservation via one of our partners, then their conditions and policies will apply.
